FLOATING SOUND HEALING
A deeply restorative, slow self-care experience
Step out of the noise of everyday life and into deep, supported rest.
Floating Sound Healing invites you to lie back on a comfortable airbed, gently floating on warm water, while layers of sound from gongs, singing bowls, and chimes move through the space. There’s nothing to do, nothing to achieve — simply allowing your nervous system to soften and settle.
This is a calm, inclusive experience designed for anyone needing to slow down, regulate stress, or rest more deeply.
Who is this for?
This session is suitable for all genders and requires no prior experience. It is especially supportive for those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or living with chronic pain, as the water helps reduce pressure on joints while sound encourages deep relaxation.
