As we enter 2026 and are thinking about making changes have you considered a local yoga glass?
I've been teaching DRU Yoga in Wyke for over seven years. I use basic yoga postures and gentle flowing sequences. It's a beginner's class that focuses on improving your core stability, promotes spinal flexibility and breathing techniques, with a sprinkling of fun. I provide guidance throughout the sessions to ensure safe practice of all postures.
