We're going to start with a Guided Movement Meditation 🥰 to allow flow and gentle release of stagnant energies
Bring a light lunch and we'll connect during our break, Tea and Coffee are provided!
At 1pm we will settle down for a Sound Experience 🎶, to heal and integrate all that moved during the Dance.
With time for a Sharing Circle and connection at 2pm ✨️
