These monthly sessions will be themed and held around the themes of the moon. The session starts with physical; warming up the body with stretches followed by yoga postures, a 15 minute savasana, a meditative restorative pose and finishing with 10 - 15 minutes of journaling around the themes of the moon to bring to light what’s new, ready to be refined, let go of or revisited OR rather than journal stay resting, absorbing the benefits of the stretches, movement and guided meditation.
These sessions are offered with the hope of creating a space to see, be and connect in to the moon energy and in turn our own inner wisdom and cyclical nature. Decompressing from the week, connecting inward and then from that place ready to connect outward again.
