Are you ready to start yoga? Do you want to become more flexible, relaxed, improve your balance and prioritise your self care?
Drop- in and block-booking options available for these Beginners classes where you’ll be guided through mindful movement, breathwork and guided relaxation to support you in feeling easier in your body and more peaceful in your mind.
During the sessions, we’ll be covering some of the principle yoga positions and how to practice these safely (with modifications if necessary); several of the key breathing techniques, their benefits and when to use them; guided relaxation; a sequence or two that can be practised at home; amongst plenty more!
These sessions provide you with a valuable opportunity to ring-fence time for yourself and improve your health, wellbeing and mobility; to soothe and calm your nervous system (supporting increased relaxation, reduced anxiety and stress, improved digestion and sleep), to identify and address your own needs, and ultimately support you in leading a fulfilling and aligned life.
Amongst the wobbles, creaks and groans, there will inevitably be laughter too- the best medicine of all ✨
