Trust 10k Run - Golden Cap

Our Trust10k trail is a challenging multi terrain run involving steep climbs and uneven, muddy paths.

It is free to join and booking is not necessary, just turn up on the day !

The course starts and ends at the Old Radar Station at Stonebarrow from here you will head over Golden Cap, around Langdon Woods before taking the coastal path back to Stonebarrow.

With a bit of running under your belt you’ll be used to planning your own runs but we have waymarked this route for our regular event on the 4th Sunday of the month (March-October). This means you shouldn't have to rely on marshals to get you round but they’ll be some direction available at critical points. If you can’t make the regular event, you can run our T10 trail at any time, just download the route and keep an eye out for the pink waymarkers.

The terrain is mixed and you will encounter gravel, grass and stone pathways.
