Summer Diving Workshops

Dive into fun with our Diving Workshops.

Engaging workshops introduce the fundamentals of diving in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Children will learn basic diving techniques, breath control, and water safety skills tailored to their age and ability.

The sessions are designed for children aged 7 to 15 who are confident swimmers, and happy to be submerged in deep water.

Ideally they will have completed stage 5 or above of the Learn to Swim framework, although this is not essential.

Participants will build confidence, covering areas such as the diving hand grab, the concept of a dive, floats, glides and movements in the water. There is also poolside work to refine the basic body positions for diving.

Thursdays 24th July, 7th & 21st August at 2pm to 2.45pm.

Session are £8.50 - you will receive a 10% discount when you also book an Improve Your Stroke session!
