Give yourself time to deeply relax and unwind allowing the systems of the body/mind to restore greater balance .

I will use a range of sound healing instruments such as Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks,chimes and percussion
to aid the relaxation response.

Our body wants to heal( make whole,) like a cut generally heals itself.
Our bodily systems and emotions want to do the same. Healing sounds help activate this ability.
