Beach Yoga with Leah

Enjoy mindful movement and connection with Leah Miles Yoga by taking either a Tuesday morning or Monday Sunset session.

Leah Miles runs regular beach yoga sessions every Tuesday morning for 75 minutes starting at 9.15am and every Monday evening for one hour starting at 7.30pm.

In these mindfully-conducted classes, breathwork, movement and stillness are used to encourage and enhance inner reflection, exploration and self awareness which in turn calms the mind and soothes the soul.

The sessions all take place outside on the beach where the sound of the waves and the wind leave you feeling replenished and energised.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing whilst also ensuring it is suitable for a yoga session, you will need to bring a yoga mat or towel. If the weather is very bad the sessions will be cancelled for your own safety.
