Sewerby Explorers

Treat your child to a full day of fun, adventure and discovery this summer holiday with the Sewerby Explorers activity days at Sewerby Hall and Gardens over in Bridlington.

Open to children aged 8 to 12, this action-packed day will be delivered by the Active Communities Team and promises a brilliant blend of physical activity, hands-on learning, skill building, and creative entertainment.

Children will enjoy a range of different team-building games and problem-solving challenges, take aim in an archery session and get active with multi-skills and multi-sports activities. One of the day’s highlights includes preparing colourful fruit kebabs - not to eat, but to go and feed the lemurs and coatis at the Zoo! Children will also have the chance to build dens and learn survival skills as we explore the woodland grounds.

Admission to Sewerby Hall and Gardens is included, along with drinks and snacks provided throughout the day. This is a drop-off event, and children will need to bring a packed lunch.

Time: 9:30am-3:30pm

Cost: £25 per child
