Sebastian began his culinary journey in Bridlington as a teenage pizza boy before rising to Head Chef at a fine dining restaurant in Sydney. Now, he returns home (and at the request of his very proud big sister ❤️) will be leading our kitchen for one exclusive evening.
He’s created a stunning Six-Course Degustation Menu, a coastal-inspired journey of flavour and finesse, crafted just for Hideaway. And the best part? This incredible experience is only £70 per person. You simply won’t find this level of dining at this price anywhere else.
