I’m very excited to be able to offer these meditation series ✨

This is a 3 week series sessions, each session building on the other, clearing and balancing your mind, body and chakras 🌀

Sundays 10am-11am
May 25th June 1st and 8th

Cost: each 3 week series is $90

Sundays Movement and Meditate session will get you moving and in tune with your body for the week ahead. Releasing and clearing energy blocks by gently moving our bodies and breathing new energy into our mind and souls.
Meditation to let go of anything weighing you down, releasing stuck and stagnent energy. Each week we will build upon the last. This series session will give you technigues to use on your own after the session is complete. 🤍
