LET'S GET OUR HANDS DIRTY AND LEARN HOW TO CREATE TEXTURED ART.
We will show you how to paint your background, using whatever colors you like. Then we will teach you how to use a piping bag and create the ocean wave.
You may choose from a 11x14 or a `16x20 to complete this project on.
No experience is needed-we will assist you every step of the way.
All materials are provided.
