Mindful Mondays in Bridgewater

MINDFUL MONDAYS - Starting on Monday, October 6 at 7 pm, Rev. Kim will host Mindful Mondays: An evening for mindfulness, meditation, and more in the Sanctuary space at Bridgewater United Church.

Kim owned and operated ALL YOGA in Dartmouth until she answered her call to become an ordained minister in 2013. With over 15 years of experience, Kim brings her passion for leading people in meditation, breath-work, and mindfulness practices to our community. Anyone interested in taking approximately one hour for themselves is welcome to come. There is no registration or cost these evenings are open to the public.

Come with an open heart and mind and nothing more (unless you prefer to sit on the floor rather on our comfy chairs, then please bring your own mat or cushion).
