Get your hands dirty and your imagination growing during Little Naturalists: Move, Create & Explore! This group for ages 9–12 blends gardening, crafting, and nature-based challenges to support fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, coordination, and confidence. All experiences are designed by occupational therapists to support development while keeping older kids engaged and active in the natural world.
Sessions are led by occupational or physical therapists and take place in the art room and/or outdoors, offering the perfect blend of movement, creativity, and connection—come join the adventure! Each session includes engaging activities like tending garden beds, creating nature-inspired art, and building forts or navigating outdoor movement games.
Caregivers are warmly welcomed to join in the activities alongside their children or may choose to drop off and pick up after the session.
Multiple sessions are available to suit your schedule—join one, a few, or all! Sessions are held on Fridays from 2:30–3:15 p.m., running weekly from July 11 through August 22.
