Join us for an evening of inspiration and healing with breathwork! You will be guided through the powerful and profound experience of conscious, connected breathing that will lead you to a healthier breath pattern allowing you to release that which is no longer serving you.

This clearing supports you in gaining insights and inspirations so you can access the peace and wisdom that lives within you, and bring your visions to reality.

This 2.5-hour workshop includes a brief introduction to breathwork, facilitated breathwork session and debrief/question-answer time.
