Yoga at St. James

John D'Alessandro, a Westwood neighbor, is offering free yoga classes at St James approximately once a month. Another class is scheduled for Sun., January 4. All classes held in the large open area accessible via the parking lot entrance off of Cheviot Ave. Unless it's too chilly there, in which case, class will be upstairs in the Community Hall. Students should bring their own mats and any props they may want to use during class.
