An evening of theatre, film, and community — featuring award-winning playwright Lisa McCree and acclaimed artist Tenisi Davis, performed by professional actors who got their start right here at Housatonic.

Dr. Curtis Jackson dreams of opening an African American museum in Richmond, Virginia — but one rare artifact stands between him and his vision. His former student Ellie Singleton must decide whether revisiting the “same old slavery stories” is the only way forward.
