☀️ SUNSET YOGA IS BACK - WEDS 20 AUG ☀️

The sunshine has returned just in time ✨ and we only have a couple more chances this year to roll out our mats under the evening sky before Autumn arrives. If you’ve been meaning to come along, this is your moment — don’t miss it! We’ll move and breathe together overlooking Hardy’s Bay in Ogmore-by-Sea soaking up that golden-hour glow. Expect warrior strength, inner calm… and maybe even a little salty-hair if you join the sea dip afterwards 🌊.

Yoga: 7pm – 8pm
Sea dip: 8pm onwards (optional - no pressure to join)
Sunset: 8.26pm
Forecast: 23°C + gentle breeze
