Sound Bath

You're warmly invited to this Sound Bath at the Green Hall.
Jill will play sacred instruments while you relax and let the sound waves 'wash' over you. Let the drum, metal and crystal bowls. gongs and chimes instill a feeling of meditative well-being 🎶🙏💫💕
chairs are available. if you'd prefer to lie down, please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, to be cosy. Wear comfortable clothing.
Hot drinks are included after the sound bath.
