Kenfig pool, castle and lost town to Sker (Part of the Glamorgan History Walks festival 2025)

The Glamorgan History Walks are an award winning series of guided walks to places of historical interest across the ancient county of Glamorgan. This walk takes you on a voyage of historical discovery in the Kenfig Nature Reserve.

Once the site of a bustling medieval port and commercial hub. But what happened to it? And are legends of a lost city under the lake true? We look at the incredible vein of folklore and literature that has its inspiration in the places we visit on this walk.
