Got 90 minutes? Can you help us better shape our services?

We’ve got a great opportunity for you to have your say and make a real difference to how Valleys to Coast supports people and you’ll get free tea, a comfy seat, and even a taxi there and back if you need one!

We’re inviting a small group of customers to a friendly focus group where you can tell us what it’s really like to use our services, what’s working well and what could be better. Your voice will help improve things for you and others.

The group will be hosted by Vicki and Rob from Tai Pawb, an independent charity that works to make housing fairer across Wales.

Only they’ll be in the room with you it’s all confidential and anonymous. You’ll even get the questions ahead of time (about 8–10 max), so no surprises.

No pressure, no prep, just bring yourself and your views.
