Celebrate Father's Day a little bit differently.
No experience necessary!
Bring Dad/Step-Dad/Mum-Dad/Uncle-Dad, or anyone who's been a Dad to you, to our 'Painter's Choice' paint and sip event, where each of you gets to choose what you would like to paint. There will be items such as beer glasses and clocks, as well as wooden hanging signs (for the shed or man cave, etc.) to choose from to paint. Treat Dad to some creative therapy this Father's Day. And if Dad absolutely won't come, why not come yourself and create something for him.
Our local artist leading the group is there to guide beginners, but more experienced painters can feel free to use their imagination. We encourage it!
Relax and have fun with your loved ones in Corvo Lounge's ambient lounge bar. Indulge in a cocktail, a glass of wine or beer, or a soft drink. There will be a free drink included for Dad (or your Dad figure). This is a totally chilled event, aimed at bringing you some cosy creative therapy.
Tickets are £25 per person and they are available via the 'Find Tickets' button on the Discussion page here (Eventbrite charge booking fees), or behind the bar at Corvo Lounge (no booking fees charged here). Please bring your tickets to the event with you. We provide all materials, equipment, and guidance from a local artist, and you take home your gorgeous decorated items or paintings at the end of the night. Dad's will be presented with a token upon arrival with which they can claim their free drink at the bar.
Be aware that this event has very limited places so don't hang about, get your tickets as soon as possible! Painting begins at 6:30pm, so please arrive in plenty of time to choose your drinks, settle in your seat, and put on your apron before we start.
