Beginner Yoga Classes

Come and discover Yoga in a step by step manner.
Learn to breathe, let go of tension and relax.

We will move in a gentle, structured way giving you the opportunity to become aware of how your body feels through the physical practice.

Classes are limited to 6 people for a more holistic approach.
