Beach yoga

Weather permitting join me for some yoga on the beach for approx an hour, followed by a dip for those that want! Or maybe just a coffee or an ice cream!

I have checked the long range tide forecast and the tide will be out so plenty of room for yoga!

This event is free! However it costs £5 to park at Southerndown. Lift sharing available!

Meet 10.45 by the lifeguard hut.
