Join us for a tranquil Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation in the calming, plant-filled oasis of our plant shop. This immersive sound experience will guide you into deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner peace through the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls. You’ll be gently guided through breathwork and a short intention-setting meditation before being enveloped in layers of sound designed to restore harmony in your mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and wear comfortable clothing. We can't wait to welcome you.
