Yang Style T'ai Chi with Randie @ BCA

I will be presenting Yang Style T'ai Chi at Brewerton Center for the Arts November 12 at 12 Noon- December 3. The cost of the classes is $40.00 for the four week session. The classes will be one hour long. The classes are appropriate for Adult Beginners. Please, wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
Randie is a Retired Physical Therapist Assistant and 37 year Practitioner of Yang Style T'ai Chi. The classes will be slow and relaxed which will help the student to become aware of their Balance and Center of Gravity. All moves will be thoroughly explained from a Physical Therapy as well as T'ai Chi standpoint.
