This will be our final Sound Bath at BCA after two wonderful years! 💛
We’re so grateful for everyone who’s joined us in this space- and don’t worry, we’re already exploring new locations for future sessions!
In the roots of yoga, rest is not avoidance. It’s presence. It’s a return to awareness. A sound bath offers that space: a pause from doing, and a gentle invitation to simply be.
✨ Come lie down, breathe deeply, and let waves of sound carry you inward. We’ll use instruments such as singing bowls, shells, and drums to create vibrations that help quiet the mind and release tension.
Why take time to rest?
💫 Deep rest helps regulate the nervous system
💫 Sound soothes what the mind can’t always settle
💫 Stillness creates space for clarity and insight
💫 Rest is an act of devotion to self and well-being
This session will support you in softening into the present moment through sound: a tool used in yoga for centuries to restore balance and invite peace.
What To Expect
You will lie down for 40–60 minutes while we play a variety of instruments around you. For the best experience, attend with an empty stomach (avoid eating less than 2 hours before).
What to Bring
Water
Comfortable, loose warm clothing that covers the whole body*
We provide everything else
*As the body relaxes, it naturally cools. Staying covered helps you remain deeply relaxed without the body needing to warm itself back up.
