Feel free to bring your own 1-5lb hand weights and/or a water bottle. Water bottles to use as weights will be provided.
All exercises are provided by the LIFT program through Virginia Cooperative Extension AND ACE Fitness Library.
Registration for class is not required, but encouraged. Participants only need register once and a sign in sheet will be provided day of the class.
