Pour son deuxième festival, Meuriad invite le danseur Marek Ciechanowski, enseignant en FatChanceBellyDance (ex- American Tribal Style) pour dix heures de cours et un spectacle, au Patronage Laïque du Pilier Rouge, les 10 et 11 mai.
Ce sera la première fois que ce danseur basé à Londres transmettra en France sa technique tout en contrôle et en finesse.
Pétillant et dynamique, il communiquera son amour de la danse et ses influences au cours de 10 heures de stages.
Il sera également sur scène samedi soir pour un spectacle réunissant notre professeur invité, la troupe Meuriad Deluxe avec ses musiciens et des invité.e.s.

Matin - de 10h à 12h (2 heures)
Chaud les Shimmies !
Que serait la danse orientale sans un bon shimmy ?
Et est-ce que vos shimmies manquent d'amplitude ?
Vos mouvements inspirés du shimmy semblent un peu plats ?
Laissez Marek vous aider à augmenter la puissance et à donner à vos hanches un effet époustouflant, avec cette session dédiée à la technique des shimmies.
Après-midi - de 13h à 16h (3 heures)
Influences indiennes dans le style FBCD - 3 heures
Des palais roses du Rajasthan, Marek vous fera découvrir nos mouvements de danse d'inspiration indienne.
Nous nous concentrerons sur la précision technique. Nous peaufinerons nos plus beaux mouvements inspirés d'Inde et dépoussiérerons nos banjaras tout en profitant des sons du tabla et du sitar.
Dimanche 11 mai

Lent et puissant, le secret des transitions - 2 heures
Soyons précis avec la technique lorsque nous nous concentrons sur notre vocabulaire de mouvements lents, avec de belles mains.
Nous nous concentrerons sur une transition en douceur de A à Z avec fluidité, force et grâce.
Après-midi - de 13h à 16h (3 heures)
Focus sur la formation en duo
Rejoignez Marek pour un atelier dédié à la très particulière et intimiste formation en duo.
Penchons-nous sur les mouvements, les combinaisons et les règles qui s'appliquent lorsque vous dansez à deux avec votre partenaire.
Connectez-vous à deux et époustouflez le public au travers d'une connexion et d'un duo puissants.

Marek Ciechanowski will be teaching for the first time in France, in Brest on may the 10th and 11th, invited by Meuriad Fest !
For 10 hours of teacher, this iconic FCBD Style dancer and performer from London will share his love for this dance.
He'll also be on stage on saturday, sharing the floor with Meuriad Deluxe dancers and musicians, and many guests.

Marek will take you on a tour of our Indian inspired dance movements.We will focus on the correct technique & we’ll polish up our
waterpots and dust off our banjaras while enjoying the sounds of the tabla and sitar.

Lets get picky with technique while we focus on our slow movement vocabulary with beautiful hands.
We’ll focus on smoothly transitioning from A-Z with fluidity, strength and graceful movement.
