Bresciano, classe 1966, dopo gli studi teologici e l’ordinazione presbiterale, si è laureato in Lettere Moderne e quindi ha frequentato la Scuola di Specializzazione in Storia dell’Arte.
Ha anche conseguito il dottorato in Storia moderna.
Docente di Storia dell’Arte presso l’Università Cattolica, è stato anche Direttore del Museo Diocesano di Brescia. Ha al suo attivo diversi saggi e articoli di storia e storia dell’arte apparsi in volume e in rivista.
