Where Grief Meets Breath

This gentle, breath-centered class invites you to explore grief through mindful breathing, subtle movement, and moments of stillness. Guided by compassion, we use the breath to soften tension, support emotional release, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm of healing after loss. There is no expectation to move on—only an invitation to breathe with what is. Come as you are. Every breath is welcome.





NOTE: You are welcome to bring a photo or item belonging to your passed loved one, to keep nearby during your practice. Wear comfortable clothes- we will be seated on yoga mats on the floor, or in a chair if you prefer.
