Personal Defense for Women Seminar- Free and Open to the Community

Discover how to steer clear of physical confrontations and how to react during an altercation.
Our free-to-the-community seminars take place at Balfour-Guthrie Park in Brentwood and are open to all females 13 and up! Bring your friends, family, coworkers, and anyone you'd like to help keep themselves safe. There's no pressure to sign up for a membership, we just want to do our part in the community to help out.
