Looking for a gentle way to boost your wellbeing and enjoy the outdoors?
Join us every Monday at 11.30am (except bank holidays) for a free 30-40 minute walk around the beautiful country park at Merrymeade House. It's a great way to get moving, meet new people, and take a breather in nature.
