Join me in beautiful Crockett Park in Brentwood, TN for a family-friendly yoga session!

Who is my host?

Hello! My name is Autumn.

I will be your host for our family-friendly yoga session. I am a 200HR registered yoga instructor, mom, and Nashville native.

What should I expect?

30 minutes of calm yoga suitable for all levels.

What will the yoga be like?

The style of yoga will be gentle, hatha yoga.

What should I bring/wear?

-Wear clothing in which you will be comfortable doing yoga and works with the outside temperature.

-Bring whatever sun protection you might want/need (sunscreen, protective clothing, etc.)

-Your ticket (a virtual ticket or photo of your ticket is fine)

-Your yoga mat

What's provided?

- A 30-minute guided yoga flow

What else should I expect/know?

Parking is by the covered area and children's play area. (After turning onto Volunteer Pkwy from Crockett Rd, take the third right available to you. You will be turning into a parking lot with the covered and play area on the other side of the lot.) There is a line of trees broken by a small bridge. We will either be by the play area or on the field on the other side of the bridge. See photos at the bottom for map view of location. The event location is marked in red. (There are three photos giving each giving a progressively more zoomed-in view)

There will be a waiver for you to sign before we begin. I will send you an electronic waiver for you to sign before the event.

The event will begin promptly, so please arrive to the park a few minutes early to allow time to find a parking spot and connect with the group.

What about weather?

If within 2-hours of the event rain or storms are predicted to take place during the event, or if the temperature is supposed to be over 90 degrees during the event, the event will be cancelled. If this happens, email me at bmFzaHZpbGxlZXZlbnRzeW9nYSB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t. I will get your ticket transferred to a different day.

Host Illness/Injury

If I, through illness or injury, become unable to host the event, your ticket will be refunded.
