FREE Resting Into Quiet: A Pre-Holiday Restorative Practice

This class offers a gentle pause—a space to slow down, soften, and settle your nervous system before the busyness of the holiday rush. Through long-held restorative poses, deep support from props, and a soothing breath practice, you’ll be guided back toward a quieter inner landscape.

Expect minimal movement, plenty of comfort, and a focus on releasing the subtle tension we unconsciously carry this time of year. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and a little more spacious as you move into the season ahead.
