Chronic tension doesn’t always scream—it hums in the background. Whether from long hours at a desk, high stress, or repetitive movement patterns, your body holds onto tightness in subtle ways—until it starts to limit how you move, rest, or feel.
This floor-based, yin-style class combines self-massage using soft, grippy therapy balls with long-held, supported stretches to gently release deep tension in the hips, back, shoulders, and more. You’ll be guided through practical techniques to soften tight muscles, then ease into supported yoga postures that invite release at a nervous system level.
We make liberal use of props—bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps, and chairs—to make every posture accessible, supported, and comfortable. No fancy poses, no choreography—just a calm, curious approach to helping your body unwind, one breath at a time.
While the overall vibe is quiet and grounding, you can expect moments of levity, especially when those therapy balls find just the right spot.
