Step into a sacred space of peace, scent, and sound. This class is an invitation to unwind your nervous system, clear your energetic field, and reconnect with your soul.
Upon arrival, you may choose to be lovingly anointed with a custom Reiki-infused crystal essential oil roller, handmade by me! Jennifer Hawkins. These potent blends are thoughtfully aligned with the zodiac energies, supportive archangels, chakra centers, and soulful intentions like, new moon, abundance, manifestation, and deep relaxation.
Each session begins with a few minutes of guided education on three featured essential oils. You’ll learn how these plant allies support your mind, body, and spirit. From there, you’ll ease into a deeply restorative sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, the flower of life wind gong, the crystal pyramid, and the soothing rhythm of the rain stick.
You are welcome exactly as you are. No previous experience is needed, just an open heart and a desire to receive.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported while resting.
