Pitching Sessions with Brooke Nelson

Up Your Game has partnered with UW standout and current professional softball player, Brooke Nelson, to host both an Advanced Pitching Session and a Beginner/Intermediate Pitching Session here in Kitsap County!

9:30-11:45 Advanced Pitching Session ($95) - Drills and instruction on improving accuracy and velocity. We will cover the change-up and grip/spin for movement pitches.

12-2pm Beginner/Intermediate Pitching Session ($80) - This session will focus on a breakdown of pitching mechanics and internal rotation, drills to improve accuracy and power, and a quick discussion on the change-up.

Pitchers will need to bring a catcher or let me know well in advance if you are unable to find one.

Spots will be limited for each session.
