Nicht nur der Bandname ist martialisch. Bei ihrer „Jazz Punk Psychedelia“ dreht die Band KUHN FU des Gitarristen und Conferenciers Christian Achim Kühn alles durch den improvisatorischen Wolf. Zappa trifft Kabarett, Surf-Sounds und Metal-Riffs reiten den Chattanooga Choo-Choo, während Shakespeare, Brecht und Monty Python Pate stehen.

2023 feierte KUHN FU 10 jähriges Jubiläum: Das Doppelalbum Jazz is Expensive/Live in Saalfelden und die Tantalos Nonett EP ist bei BERTHOLD RECORDS erschienen und Tantalos wurde für den Deutschen Jazzpreis 2023 Komposition nominiert.
