Please bring food, juice and water to share; your own cup, bowl, and spoon.
Bring beach umbrellas (or other covers) for shade, blankets or sand chairs.
Bring beachballs, frisbees and games to play, bring your family & your friends and lots of lovin feelings.
Remember to bring your sunscreen, beach towel,
a hat, sunglasses, beach cover ups, dry clothes to wear home.
We are on a beach where the sun will be beating down
so shade and sun protection is very important.
Directions:
Subway: Take the D, F, N, or Q subway lines
to Stillwell Ave. stop in Coney Island.
Bus: B36 Bus goes from the Stillwell Ave. Station.
down Surf Ave. to 30th St.
Walk down to Bay 20
which runs between W. 29th St. and W. 32nd St.
Starting at W. 29th St. there are 5 high rise apartments on the right side of the Boardwalk,
in front of the middle building there is an American Flag with a MIA/POW flag underneath
- enter the beach at 29th Street and walk on the beach until you are in front of the flags,
then look towards the ocean for Rainbows and wonderful energy.
If walking is a problem take the B36 bus down Surf Ave.
then get off at 29th St. walk up to the boardwalk
make a right and follow directions above.
