New to Reiki? Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice where hands hover or rest lightly on the body to clear blocked energy. When your energy feels stuck, Reiki helps it spread its wings - promoting deep relaxation, balance, and a sense of lightness, like a breeze lifting your spirit.
