I am always in awe of how such profound shifts can be experienced simply by taking some time to move the body, breathe mindfully and find moments of stillness.

This session is an invitation to connect more deeply with your body and breath; to experience how pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) and meditation can nourish your whole being.
