2025 Color Burst 5K

In conjunction with Stephens County Frontier Days


Color Burst 5K - Open to all ages!
(5th grade and below must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 years of age may accompany an adult participant at no cost.)

Color Burst 1K Fun Run - Short, fun 1K run for the kiddos!
Open to children through 5th grade.


The Color Burst 5K is a 5-kilometer, untimed, minimally competitive event. Throughout the route, participants are showered with colored powders, resulting in a vibrant wardrobe at the end. Runners are encouraged to wear white or light-colored clothing for the best aesthetic.


Registration Packet Pickup:
Breckenridge City Park - Trade Barn, Friday, May 2nd - 11am - 3pm
Stephens Memorial Hospital - Saturday, May 3rd - 7:30 am until start of race

Race Day Schedule:
7:30 a.m. - Registration Opens
8:00 a.m. - 1K Fun Run Starts
8:30 a.m. - 5K Color Burst Run Starts

Each event will start promptly on time. If the participant is late for the event, they will be unable to join.
