Thermomix Open demo gluten free

Hi Everyone,
Mostly everyone who comes to see me will be asked to remove Gluten and dairy from their diets to take the load of their digestive system, these proteins are hard to digest and are a source of inflammation for the majority of us. Gluten free and dairy free products from the free from isle in the supermarket are not ideal, if you read the ingredients you won't recognise most of the chemicals. Making your own is daunting that's what I love about the thermomix is so easy.
To introduce thermomix therapy and the benefits of owning one of these devices I have popped a free open demo in my diary the link is below. This is open to anyone who doesn't have a device and wants to have a hands on demo on what t can do for them. There is absolutely no obligation to buy, we will be making some gluten free bread and dairy free milks.
