The Carer Support Group is for Carers supporting an individual with a dementia diagnosis or going through the process of a Dementia diagnosis.

Carers can be spouses, partners, family, friends or other carers.
It is an opportunity to meet with other carers in a similar situation for cuppa, chat and to come together to access
information and support.
