The breathing method we use is Rebirthing, it is based on conscious , full, and continuous inhalation and exhalation process throughout the session. This rhythmic breathing will put you in a state of deep awareness of your body and emotions.
The space is filled with improvised sounds of a gong and a shamanic drum throughout the session. The drum’s rhythmic sound guides your breathing rate and meant reminds you of your mother’s heartbeat. The leading instrument is the gong, the ethereal sound, and vibrations which penetrate the body, and reach the bones, organs, and cells, releasing tension and stress from the body.
