Join us at the Heart Rose Club the first Monday of every month for a unique celebration of human movement.

A group shake is a durational one-hour solo practice done in a group. We'll wiggle, shake, bounce and rock to a high energy playlist!

Shake practice can be accessed by anyone; there is no wrong way to shake and no experience is necessary.

Shaking helps to: release stuck energy and emotion, discharge tension, access embodiment, wake up the senses, regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, experience connection with others and self.
