Harmonic Mindfulness Soundbath with Jacob Rudin

Experience deep relaxation and emotional healing through The Harmonic Mindfulness Soundbath, a musically guided meditation created by Jacob. This practice is designed to support introspection, self-discovery, and inner peace.

The session begins with a brief meditation on a spiritual text, drawing inspiration from Buddhist wisdom and other traditions, grounding participants into both the room’s sounds and the sounds within themselves. Jacob then guides the experience with an original, pre-recorded soundscape of electronic and natural sounds, over which he plays wind instruments, gently leading attendees into deeper states of awareness and reflection.

This is a high-intention, melodically guided spiritual practice, not a typical bowl-and-gong soundbath. It is designed to soothe, center, and open participants, supporting each person on their own unique journey inward.

Jacob began creating healing music in 2019, learning to make music through code and experimenting with electronically generated soundscapes. In 2020, he expanded his practice to include live wind instruments alongside binaural beats and field recordings, giving birth to the Tranquility Studies series.

The frequencies used in his backing tracks target low Alpha and high Theta brainwaves (8–10 Hz)—states associated with deep relaxation, reflection, and spiritual flow. Typically, he plays 4-10 instruments throughout the course of a Soundhealing--flutes, saxophone, synthesizers, healing bowls, Melodicas, harmonicas and many others.
