Prichádza máj, lásky čas a my Vás pozývame do tanca na nové, magické miesto v Hainburgu, s názvom Karolinenhof. Čaká nás krásna prerobená stodola s drevenou podlahou na tancovanie vnútri ako aj trávnik vonku, takže podľa počasia sa rozhodneme, či bude event open-air. Vo veľkej záhrade nájdete mnoho čarovných zákutí, dokonca aj treehouse domček na strome! Na našu obľúbenú Ecovillage Hainburg sme nezanevreli, avšak od septembrových záplav si teraz dáva od eventov na nejaký čas pauzu.
Príde nám zahrať naša unikátna Djka Attina, ktorá je pôvodne z Filipín, ale žije v Rakúsku. Jej ženská energia je prítomná v jej setoch, v ktorých prináša nádherné etnické rytmy a vône hudby z celého sveta. S Petrom Vašákom sa môžete tešiť ako obvykle na silnú, hlbokú a zároveň kozmickú cestu.

Extatický tanec existuje už tisícky rokov v rôznych kultúrach ako dôležitý rituál, ktorý spájal a pozdvihoval členov komunity a v posledných rokoch sa opäť rozširuje po celom svete ako bezpečný priestor, pri ktorom môžeme byť plne sami sebou a spočinúť v pohybe, ktorý vychádza z nášho vnútra a pri ktorom nehľadíme na formu.
*Kakao ceremónia a Breathwork
Na začiatku sa prostredníctvom kakaovej ceremónie naladíme na naše srdce a zámer, prepojíme sa v kruhu a vytvoríme tak podporný a posvätný priestor pre spoločnú tanečnú cestu. Dýchacou meditáciou vytvoríme v tele podmienky na uvoľnenie a napojenie sa na vlastné autentické vedenie v
tanci.
*Ecstatic Dance cesta
Následne pri hudbe rôznej atmosféry, tempa a emócii, budeme mať možnosť precítiť rôzne aspekty samých seba a odovzdať sa sile prítomného okamihu. Uvoľnením stagnujúcej energie a vzorcov, ktoré nám už neslúžia, sa naplníme prílevom novej, životodárnej energie a inšpirácie. Pre každého môže byť táto skúsenosť iná. Niekto môže uvoľnovať potlačené emócie, niekto zažívať radosť a oslavný tanec, pre iného to zase môže byť čisto aktívna pohybová meditácia alebo pasívna meditácia v sede pri počúvaní hudby. Sme vítaní a prijímaní presne takí, ako sa práve cítime.
*Sound Healing
Na záver počas zvukovej cesty s Petrom Vašákom budeme mať možnosť na integráciu tanca a hlbšie vnútorné precítenie prítomnosti.
V rámci Ecstatic Dance niekoľo pilierov pre udržanie energeticky čistého a bezpečného priestoru:
• Je to priestor bez slov. Na parkete obmedzujeme nielen vnútorný dialóg našej mysle, ale takisto vonkajší.
• Spoločne sa podporujeme v autentickom vyjadrení cez pohyb bez akéhokoľvek posudzovania. Tanec ako univerzálny jazyk nám tak dovolí sa prepojiť s ostatnými na hlbšej úrovni.
• Tancujeme sami alebo v kontakte s ostatnými, pričom kontaktný tanec sa odporúča rešpektujeme signály a priestor ostatných.
• Tancujeme bez vplyvu drog či alkoholu.

Atina už 14 rokov kultivuje svoju vášeň pre hudbu a DJing v mnohých smeroch, kultúrach a žánroch. S cestovaním sa jej obzor rozšíril o vytváranie tribal, etnických a rituálnych hudobných zážitkov. Navracia sa k svojmu pôvodu, koreňom v kombinácii s funky fresh a novými spôsobmi hudobnej tvorby. V súčasnosti je jej prístup založený na organickej hudbe v kombinácii s psychedelickými, experimentálnymi, tradičnými, hlbokými a povznášajúcimi melódiami.
Atina hrala na festivaloch ako Boom Festival, Master of Puppets, Mount:Magika, B.a.f.o atď. V súčasnosti je najväčším rozletom hranie na Extatických tancoch, Tancoch oslobodenia, Danza Nativa a ďalších tanečných rituáloch a oslavách. Atina je spoluzakladateľkou združenia Nativa Ostara (združenie pre pôvodné vedomie, regeneráciu a obnovu kultúry) a prepája rôzne tradície a učenia.

*Zuzana Burdanová je zakladateľka a organizátorka Ecstatic Dance Slovakia a Ecstatica festivalu. Sprevádza ľudí na ceste otvorenia sa svojej vlastnej autenticite či už ma skupinových eventoch, retreatoch alebo v individuálnych konzultáciách. Dávnejšie pracovala aj v korporátoch a v medzinárodných vzťahoch v Londýne a Austrálii, púť po Južnej Amerike jej však zmenila smerovanie. Vďaka dlhoročnému cestovaniu sa mala možnosť stretnúť s tancami a zykmi pôvodných obyvateľov v krajinách Južnej Ameriky, Ázii a Blízkeho východu. Zuzana je kvalifikovaná lektorka Mystického tanca (Monika Nataraj, Thajsko), Ecstatic Dance (Goa), Kundalini jógy podľa Yogiho Bhajana (SR a CZ), tanečnej terapie (Olomouc, Akademia Alternativa).

We are very excited to invite you for Ecstatic Dance to a new magical place in Hainburg, called Karolinenhof. Depending on the weather we can either dance inside in a beautiful converted barn with a wooden floor or open-air outside. In the beautiful large garden you will find many magical corners, even a treehouse! We have not given up on our favorite Ecovillage Hainburg, but since the September floods they are now taking a break from events for some time.

Ecstatic dance has existed for thousands of years in many cultures as an important ritual connecting the community and also nowadays it has become a very important safe space that creates an opportunity for us to connect to ourselves, free up energetic blocks, connect deeper to our heart, and expand our consciousness beyond the barriers of the mind.
We start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, to create a supportive group energy and set an intention. Through the movement workshop and warm-up we will connect to our most authentic self so that we create the best ground for delving into a spontaneous dance and invite our inner guidance to take over. Finding the balance between surrender and structure, we will be surrendering to a rollecoaster ride of different music genres, tempos and emotions to discover all the different aspects within ourselves.
Dance yourself into ecstatic states of awareness, release old patters & paradigms and all conditioning that no longer serves you and come resting in the stillness of your authentic being. Feeling the music, becoming the dance, moving without thinking, free from time and space, in this state, dance is one of the greatest healers.
You are welcome as you are. For some people this could be an experience of releasing supressed emotions, for others it will be a dance of celebration and joy, and for some it will feel like an active or even still meditation. All of this is welcome. You will be embraced in all of your aspects.
At the end we will have a chance to integrate and deepen the whole experience through a sound healing journey.
To keep the clean & safe energetic space Ecstatic Dance there are a few things to keep in mind:
• We dance barefoot and without words on the dancefloor. As little as possible inner mind dialogue as well as outer dialogue helps to dive deeper into your own journey.
• Together we create a safe space where we support each other in authentic self-expression without judgement. Dance as a universal language will help us express and connect even more deeply with others.
• We can connect to others while reading their signals and respecting their boundaries.
• No drugs or alcohol on the dancefloor.

Atina developed her passion for music into many directions, cultures & genres.
With traveling, her horizon expanded into creating tribal, ethnic, ritualistic music spaces.
Returning to our origin, our roots combined with funky fresh and new ways of music creation.
Currently her access is based in organic music combined with psychedelic, experimental, traditional, deep and uplifting tunes. Atina played at Festivals like Boom Festival, Master of Puppets, Mount:Magika, B.a.f.o, etc..Currently the biggest unfolding is to play at Ecstatic Dances, Liberation dances, Danza Nativa and other dance rituals and celebrations. Atina is a co-founder of Nativa Ostara (association for indigenous consciousness, regeneration & recuperation of culture) which bridges different traditions & teachings.
